Pricing is quoted per block of up to four cameras by your integrator or distributor, or by us at your setup check.
Each plan covers a block of up to four cameras. A fifth camera needs a second block on the same plan. Blocks can span rooms and sites.
Available for macOS and Windows. One license covers either.

The program is built for partners to sell and install. If you already work with an integrator or a distributor, buy it through them. If you do not, tell us your segment and region and we introduce one who serves it.
Questions
What is a block?
A block is the licensing unit: up to four cameras under the software at once. A room with two cameras and a room with four cameras cost the same, and the block does not care which room the cameras sit in.
I have eight cameras. What do I buy?
Two blocks on the plan you choose. Nine to twelve cameras take three blocks, and so on in fours.
Do blocks span rooms and sites?
Yes. One buyer's blocks count cameras across rooms and sites, so a school with a hall and a lecture theatre, or a church with two campuses, buys blocks for its camera count rather than a license for each address.
What do point upgrades mean, and is 2.0 included?
Point upgrades are every release in the same major version, so a purchase on 1.2 carries 1.3 and everything after it in that line. A 2.0 release is a new major version and is not included in the perpetual plan.
What happens after three years on the perpetual plan?
The license keeps working on the last version it received, with no expiry. A paid renewal extends upgrades and support for a further term, and you can take it later rather than at the anniversary.
Is tax included?
Tax is shown at checkout by the merchant of record, calculated for your location. An invoice and a purchase order are available for organizations that buy that way.
Can I buy through a partner?
Yes. Tell us your segment and region and we introduce a partner who works there.
How do I cancel?
Tell us before your evaluation ends and nothing is charged. After a paid term begins, use the billing link in your account or confirmation email; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues through the paid term.
